our members (Lilian McKenzie) had recently mailed us whilst she
was having login problems. Working in co-ordination with her we
managed to solve her problems and hence decide to come up with this
guide, which will certainly help you to have a more pleasant browsing
experience with us.
I
have to log in a couple of times to get to members page. When I
finally get there I have to log in again every time I need to go
to a different page. Every time I try to go back get the page it
has got expired session notice asking me to login again?
In order
to solve your login problems we would recommend the following
1. The
reason why you get the message is because you are using the back
button on the browser to move between pages. This recalls the script
and tries to verify the login information of the user. Please use
the menu buttons and links to browse between pages and this might
help.
2. Also
if you have your privacy level set to high in your browser this
will result in cookies from our site not being stored on your computer.
If you are using internet explorer please do the following.
Click on
Tools->Internet Option->Privacy->Edit and allow cookies
for our domain uk-wholesaler.co.uk.
If you
are using a dial up internet connection to get connected to the
net, following these steps would certainly help you to overcome
any login problems.
